Service Description

SKEDA provides intelligent staff scheduling and rostering solutions. Our platform uses advanced machine learning algorithms to optimize schedules while ensuring compliance with regulations and staff preferences.

User Responsibilities

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

• Compliance: You must ultimately ensure all scheduling complies with applicable healthcare regulations

• Data Accuracy: You are responsible for the accuracy of information entered into the system

• Acceptable Use: You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes

• Schedule Validation: While we provide optimization tools, final schedule approval remains your responsibility

• Compliance: You must verify that generated schedules meet all applicable regulatory requirements

• Availability: We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, the service might be interrupted for short period of time for maintainance

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Upon termination, your access to the service will be suspended, and we will delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy and keeping your data secure.

Data Collection: We only store user IDs and emails from your authentication providers (Google, Microsoft).

No Personal Data: We do not collect, store, or process any other personal information.

Data Usage: Your data is used solely for authentication and service delivery.

AI & Machine Learning Policy

Our rostering system uses agentic AI as a coordinator, but provides the agent with custom tooling to find solutions mathematically rather than by prompting an LLM

Technology: We use Tabu Search, a costraint solving technique specifically designed for optimization problems.

Efficiency: Our approach is computationally efficient and purpose-built for scheduling.

Limitations: While our algorithm finds good solutions that satisfy your constraints, it does not guarantee finding optimal solutions. This is a property of Tabu search which allows efficient exploration of the problem space in a short amount of time.
